Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all services provided by Jeanne Paige Speech & Social, including speech therapy, consulting, and parent coaching.

1. Services Only — No Physical or Digital Product Returns

  • We currently offer services only, not physical or digital products.

  • All service fees—including assessments, therapy sessions, coaching sessions, and consultations—are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Payments for individual sessions, assessments, and consultations are final and non-refundable.

  • This includes payments made via Zelle, Venmo, check, and cash.

​

​

3. Prepaid Packages

If you purchase a package of sessions:

  • Sessions must be used within six (6) months of purchase.

  • No refunds are provided for unused sessions.

  • Any remaining sessions after 6 months will expire.

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Client Cancellations

  • To avoid a cancellation fee, sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows

  • A partial fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-show appointments.

  • The partial fee amount will be communicated during service onboarding.

If We Need to Cancel

If we must cancel a session:

  • A rescheduled session will be offered at no additional cost.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, the client will receive credit for a future session.

5. Payment Disputes

  • Any payment disputes must be communicated directly via email within 7 days of the charge.

  • After 7 days, payments are considered final and non-disputable.

6. Special Circumstances

While all services are non-refundable, we understand that unexpected situations may arise.
Refunds, credits, or exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Family emergency

  • Medical emergency

  • Relocation

  • Provider inability to continue services

Exceptions are entirely at the provider’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

7. Final Sale Policy

Unless noted under Special Circumstances, all sales are final.
Once a service is purchased or a session occurs, no refunds will be issued.

8. How to Request Consideration for a Special Case

Requests for special circumstances or service credits must be emailed to:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Your child’s name

  • The date of service or package purchase

  • A brief explanation of the situation

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
