Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, check, and cash.

All payments are non-refundable.

Bundled packages must be used within six (6) months.

Unused sessions expire after 6 months and are not refunded.

6. Therapist Responsibilities & Limitations
We strive to provide high-quality, evidence-based services. However, we do not guarantee:

Academic placement decisions

Medical diagnoses

Insurance reimbursement
We do not complete school-required forms, diagnostic medical paperwork, or evaluations for external institutions unless explicitly agreed upon.

7. Termination of Services
We may discontinue services for reasons including:
